ASC announced the availability of its latest recording and analytics software, neo 5.1. This version of the neo suite boasts a wide range of features which exactly meet the urgent needs of service providers and their customers. The youngest release addresses the special requirements of Cloud solutions in terms of scalability, performance, high availability as well as easy service provision. Thus, communication service providers can offer their customers features such as tamper-proof recording, analytics, and quality management as an additional treat.
Users of ASC solutions are contact centers optimizing their customer services, financial institutions meeting compliance regulations and public safety organizations recording their conversations in an evidence-proof way.
Dr. Gerald Kromer, Chief Executive Officer of ASC, said, “Cloud services help avoiding expensive upgrades of customer infrastructure. With features such as tenant-specific encryption, n-tier reseller structures, white labeling as well as advanced APIs, neo 5.1 sets new standards for recording and analytics from the Cloud.”
From January 3, 2018 on, MiFID II forces investment companies to record and archive all customer consultations on any channel – including landline and mobile voice, video calls and chat.
“MiFID II compels banks and financial institutions to react quickly – and evidence-proof recording from the Cloud is the ideal alternative. When relying on ASC’s Cloud solutions, banks are perfectly prepared to face these challenges. Our existing customers profit from the wide range of enhancements to neo 5.1, too of course, especially when it comes to scalability and performance,” explained Marco Müller, Chief Operating Officer of ASC.
Another real highlight is the reporting portal INSIGHTneo offering a wide range of dashboards, statistics, and parameters to visualize communication and recording as well as the content and quality of conversations. For the first time, this feature will be available to all customers in the standard version of neo 5.1.
