ASC has widely implemented its public safety software in the Middle East in cooperation with diverse PBX suppliers. Mr. Mueller emphasized the importance of a proper recording system for public safety dispatch centers to fulfill legal documentation requirements, assist in subsequent investigations and improve agent response times.
