ASC, a worldwide leading software provider of communications recording, analytics and evaluation, will demonstrate the latest version of its neo suite at BroadSoft Connections 2017. The annual user conference is taking place at the Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa in Phoenix, Arizona, until October 25, 2017.
ASC offers companies, banks and contact centers solutions for communications recording and analytics. Increasing regulatory requirements demand compliant solutions for documentation of customer consultations. ASC’s neo suite is certified for all major vendors, and its multi-tenant software has been certified for BroadWorks’ applications since 2016. At booth number 9, ASC will show visitors new possibilities for communications recording, risk evaluation and recording control in live demonstrations.
Marco Müller, Chief Operating Officer of ASC, said, “We look forward to participating in BroadSoft Connections again this year and demonstrating the capabilities of our neo suite. Our solution is designed to meet wide-ranging requirements including the improvement of agent performance for contact centers or compliance with regulatory requirements for financial institutions.”
Flexible redundancy scenarios to guarantee fail-safe reliability and sophisticated encryption mechanisms help meet legal requirements such as MiFID II, Dodd-Frank and PCI-DSS. ASC’s entire portfolio is available either as Cloud-based or on-premise solution. It encompasses communications recording, quality management, speech analytics, eLearning, customer feedback and workforce management.
