The software company ASC Technologies AG is participating in this year’s CCW with its own booth again. ASC focuses on providing legally compliant recording and archiving solutions as well as analysis tools for the evaluation of recorded communication data. With ASC Recording Insights, ASC is the first to introduce a native app for compliance recording and analytics within Microsoft Teams.
CCW is Europe’s leading industry event for innovative customer dialog taking place from 2nd to 4th March 2020 in Berlin. Organizers expect about 270 exhibitors and 8,200 trade visitors.

As of recently, the native app ASC Recording Insights is available as an add-on for Microsoft Teams. ASC Recording Insights enables Teams users to record, archive, and analyze their entire communication within Microsoft Teams. Microsoft’s Cognitive Services transcribe audio to text and Natural Language Processing facilitates automated categorization, emotion detection, and translation directly in the app.
