One outstanding example is our Recording Insights solution, which enables emergency calls to be analyzed in and the required resources to be allocated immediately.

A practical example: In emergency situations such as a heart attack, every second can be crucial. Thanks to AI-supported call analysis, critical calls are immediately identified and prioritized, allowing the emergency services to be alerted and dispatched to the scene more quickly. This rapid and precise response can make the difference between life and death.

With Recording Insights, we offer solutions that support both types of documentation. This comprehensive approach allows public security services to perform both quick clarifications and in-depth analysis. This duality is crucial to optimize both the immediate response and the long-term follow-up of incidents.

Increasing efficiency through AI in Recording Insights is a key factor. A key benefit of our AI is its ability to automatically categorize calls according to urgency and relevant services. This is done through predefined parameters that ensure critical calls are immediately identified and prioritized. Another highlight is the ability of our AI to extract essential information such as addresses and key points from calls. This feature is particularly useful in emergency situations where every second counts. For example, many public safety services, particularly in the UK, use the THRIVE system to assess emergency calls. The system requires extensive threat assessments and detailed responses to questions. Through the 'Live View' panel of Recording Insights, dispatchers can document information such as case numbers or the THRIVE assessment. This integration speeds up assessments and optimizes resource allocation, saving time and manpower.

Future Advances: Automated Quality Assessment and Advanced AI Functions

We are not resting on our laurels but are continuously working on the further development of our AI-based solutions. We are currently developing an automated quality management function that allows users to quickly receive feedback on call quality.

Britta Chiaia explains that this process is currently manual and time-consuming, as security staff have to listen to calls in person. Thanks to the new AI feature, it will soon be possible to receive automated feedback on aspects such as appropriate language usage and location validation. These innovations will be integrated into Recording Insights in the coming months to further support dispatchers and increase efficiency.
